Nick is the founder and Managing Director of Concilio. Nick is a political activist of 20 years experience. His career started in 2001 at the Conservative Research Department and has included positions as Head of Press for the Conservatives at the London Assembly, Senior Media Officer at the award winning Westminster City Council Press Office, Director of Communications for the British Chambers of Commerce and Head of Corporate Communications for Travelodge. Nick was a Councillor in the London Borough of Enfield between 2014 and 2018. Outside of work, when Nick is not acting as a taxi driver for his daughter he is a keen runner, raising thousands of pounds a year for charity.
Siddo is Head of Engagement at Concilio, leading our public and political engagement programmes. Formerly a constituency-based aide to two Labour MPs and a General Election campaign organiser, he brings his political knowledge and innovative techniques for community engagement to the role. Siddo curates the Enfield and Haringey Newsletter which reports the latest planning and political developments in the boroughs. He also holds positions in London Labour’s regional and local structures and in his spare time, Siddo volunteers for his local youth offenders service.
Nathan is an Account Director at Concilio, managing a number of projects across London with a particular focus on the City of Westminster. Nathan is a former Area Campaign Manager for the Conservative Party who has worked in Parliament and for the Conservative Party for the past five years. He has experience advising local councillors, MP’s and political candidates at all levels on various aspects of community engagement, campaign and communications strategy. A communications professional and community organiser he was part of the team managing the 2018 local elections in London and stood as a Conservative candidate in Westminster. Nathan continues to hold a number of voluntary positions within the Conservative Party.
Vanisha leads on all of Concilio’s research, producing our widely read GLA Newsletter and providing background material for all projects. Vanisha holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Birmingham and is a former Chair of its Labour Students club. Actively involved in the Labour Party, Vanisha has recently been elected as a Councillor in the London Borough of Redbridge. In her spare time Vanisha has undertaken the Uprising Leadership Programme and is currently undertaking the Fabians Women’s Networking Programme.
Toby is an Account Executive at Concilio, working on a number of projects across London and the Eastern Region. Toby graduated from the University of Southampton in 2017, with a degree in Modern History and Politics. Following University, Toby undertook internships with Conservative MP Bob Blackman, and at global Public Affairs agency, Hume Brophy. Toby also campaigned for Zac Goldsmith to be Mayor of London in 2016. When not working incredibly hard, Toby enjoys watching and playing rugby and football. He is also a bit of a theatre buff, and keen actor with dreams to be on the West End Stage.
Xenia runs Concilio’s ever growing office and delivers all of the events we organise for ourselves or clients. Xenia has over a decade’s experience as an event and office manager, delivering everything from small, private dinners to 500-strong conferences at both the Greater London Authority and the Association of British Insurers. Xenia is a keen runner and is running the upcoming London Parks Half Marathon on behalf of Concilio’s charity partner, SHP.
